About this class
What to expect
Each technical Gi class focuses on a different technical aspect of Jiu Jitsu. Students are taught different skills and strategies to defend themselves, find dominant positions and submit. Time is given to drill what you've learned to improve muscle memory, and each class finishes with live rolling so you can implement the technique under pressure.
