What to expect
Set under IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation) rules, students attend this class wearing a Gi. It's designed to condition you for competition Jiu Jitsu — expect several rounds rolling against people of different sizes and abilities. A fantastic way of testing the technical skill, strength and speed of competitors. Each class finishes with strength and conditioning.
